Channel type induction furnaces
Example plant 1
Melting and pouring furnaces for iron and non-ferrous metals
Illustration: Melting and casting line for copper and copper alloys
Example plant 2
Movable melting and pouring furnace in special design for copper alloys
Transistor-static-frequency converter for feeding a double loop single phase inductor
Technical data: 400 V / 50Hz, 340 kW rated output, 2 to capacity
Example plant 3
Channel type induktors
for melting and pouring plants in the capacity ranges of 100-1500kW
The channel-type furnace is characterised by a higher efficiency in comparison to the coreless furnace due to its design.
For this reaon this type of furnace ranks particularly with non ferrous-applications among the preferential aggregates. In connection with modern service sections based on static frequency changer technology particularly for casting of metals a precise processing is possible.
